Built for the way St. Pete businesses actually book
A lot of St. Petersburg runs on bookings: charters out of the downtown marinas, tours, salons, clinics and restaurants. A common pattern is an enquiry that arrives at night or on the water, waits until morning for a reply, and goes to whoever answered first. The fix is rarely exotic. It is a booking page where every trip or service can be booked at its real price, a deposit and contract taken online, and an instant reply when someone cannot be reached.
Yacht Away Now, a charter business we run ourselves, is where we learned this. Bookings land in one database, the guest pays a deposit and signs the charter contract online, and only then does the trip go on the calendar and the captain get a text. That system later became Charter OS, which other charter companies can run under their own brand.
