We built the site for Nine & Dine, a golf and networking evening that began with a nine-hole round at River Run Links in Bradenton and moved on to Skyway Motor Space in Palmetto. The site carried the event's brand and its reservation flow, built to sell seats without a sales team. Two venues on one evening meant the site had to make the order of the night, both addresses and what was included obvious, because every question a guest has to email about is a seat that might not sell.

Event operations is a product for us as well as a service. EasyEvent, which we built and run, gives an organiser one console for sponsorships, tickets, payments, email and SMS, under their own brand and connected to their own Stripe, email and SMS accounts.

We start by watching how a request moves through your business today, on a video call or at your office. That gives a week-one baseline, such as how long a web lead waits for a reply, and the monthly scorecard reports against it.
