Our clients are on monthly retainers. Your commission is monthly too, and it compounds as you introduce more. Most referral programs pay you once and then quietly stop. This one does not stop.
YOU CARRY NO DELIVERY RISK
Clients you introduce contract with Voreli directly and pay their own fee. You never front cost, never manage a project, and are never the one they chase when something breaks. You keep the relationship and the credit.

You make the introduction. We take the call, scope the work, and build the pitch. If you want to be on the call, you are welcome. If you want to forward an email and go back to your day, that works too.

APPLY
Two minutes. Tell us who you are and who you know. We approve partners whose audience overlaps ours and who are not selling a competing service. You will hear back within two business days.

GET YOUR LINK
On approval you get a unique referral link and code, plus a partner dashboard. Anyone who lands on voreli.ai through your link is attributed to you for 90 days, whether they fill in a form that day or three months later.

INTRODUCE
Send the link, forward the offer page, or just email us a name. A named introduction always beats a click, and we attribute it manually if the link was never used. You are never penalised for doing it the human way.

GET PAID, EVERY MONTH
When they pay, you earn 20% of what actually clears. Commissions clear 30 days after payment, then pay out automatically on the 1st of the following month straight to your PayPal. Every payout comes with an itemised statement showing every deal it came from.

The terms
All of them, in plain English, before you apply rather than after.
What you earn
20% of all amounts a referred client actually pays Voreli AI, for the life of the account. It applies to monthly retainers, not just the first invoice, and it survives you leaving the program for any client introduced while you were in it.
Collected, not booked
Commission is calculated on money that clears our account, never on pipeline, booked revenue, or signed contracts. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from the following month's statement.
Attribution window
90 days from the first click on your link, first-party cookie. A named introduction by email is attributed manually with no window at all, so long as we have not already been in conversation with that company.
Who does not qualify
Yourself, companies you own or control, existing Voreli clients, and anyone already in an active conversation with us before your introduction. We will tell you plainly if a name is already in the pipeline rather than take the introduction and quietly not pay.
Clearing and payout
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the client's payment clears, which covers the refund window. Payable commissions are batched and paid automatically on the 1st of each month to your PayPal, once your balance is at least $50. Below that it rolls forward.
Pass-through spend is excluded
Commission is on Voreli fees only. Ad budget, software licensed in the client's name, venues, print, and contractor costs pass through at cost and are never marked up, so there is nothing there to commission.
How you may promote
Your own audience, your list, your content, one-to-one introductions, and paid promotion of your own brand. Not permitted: bidding on Voreli brand terms in paid search, unsolicited bulk email, impersonating Voreli, promising outcomes we have not published, or listing our pricing on a coupon or deal site.
Ending it
Either side can end the arrangement at any time in writing. Commissions on clients introduced before that date keep paying for as long as those clients stay. We do not claw back a relationship you brought us.
Taxes
You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent, and cannot bind Voreli AI to anything. US partners earning $600 or more in a calendar year will be asked for a W-9 and issued a 1099. Your tax is your own.
