Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Voreli AI website (voreli.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Voreli AI provides AI consulting, automation, development, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements between Voreli AI and the client.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Voreli AI (VORELI AI LLC) operates an SMS program for people who opt in at voreli.ai/sms. Messages are informational and transactional: replies to an enquiry you sent us, confirmations and reminders for calls you booked, and updates on your active project. If you separately tick the optional second box, you may also receive occasional offers about our services. We do not send messages to numbers we did not collect through that opt-in, and we never buy, rent or import phone numbers from third-party lists.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Voreli AI does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop immediately. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at ciaran@voreli.ai or (727) 504-5131.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and on factors outside our control.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program, and you must be the account holder of, or authorised to use, the mobile number you provide.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Voreli AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom solutions developed for clients are governed by the terms of each service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Voreli AI provides services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
