    A video call to watch the work

    We start by watching the work as it happens now, on a video call. We count how often the task comes up, how long it takes and where it stalls, and that count becomes the week-one baseline.

  2. Step 2

    Access to your tools, in your name

    Software licensed in your name, such as your CRM, scheduling, e-signature or Zoom account, stays on your accounts and is never marked up. You give us access, and the system is built inside them rather than in an account we control.

  3. Step 3

    Built in the first 30 days

    On Foundation, the one system in scope is built and live in the first 30 days. The real constraints are access to your tools, A2P 10DLC approval if the system sends texts, and how much human review the workflow needs.

  4. Step 4

    A written scorecard every month

    Every plan reports against the week-one baseline. On Foundation that means leads captured, response time, hours returned and the uptime of the system we run. If the number is bad, the number is in the report.

What Changes When We Cannot Meet in Person

Less than you might expect, but it is worth being plain about. In Tampa Bay we can sit with your team for an hour and watch how an enquiry really moves through the business. Outside Tampa Bay we do the same thing on a video call, so we ask for a little more of your time up front: someone who does the work today, walking us through it on screen.

Everything else is identical. The system is built inside your tools, a named person on your team handles anything it cannot answer with confidence, and the monthly scorecard reports the numbers that are bad as well as the good ones. Ad spend and software in your name stay on your accounts at cost.

Texting rules do not change by state either. Business texts from ordinary ten-digit numbers fall under A2P 10DLC everywhere in the United States, and we handle the brand and campaign registration as part of any build that sends SMS.

Yes. Voreli AI is based in St. Petersburg, FL, and works with businesses elsewhere in the US remotely, by video and email. We have built websites for two Texas companies: Bedrock Contracting, a concrete contractor headquartered in Grapevine that works in Oklahoma City, DFW, Austin and Stephenville, and American Disaster Solutions, a catastrophe response company based in Stephenville that deploys nationwide.
Does Voreli AI have offices in other cities?
No. Voreli AI has one office, at 2854 13th St N in St. Petersburg, Florida. We do not list virtual addresses in other cities. We meet clients in person across Tampa Bay, and everywhere else the work runs by video and email.
How does a remote AI automation engagement work?
We map the current workflow on a video call and set a week-one baseline, build the system inside your own tools, launch it within the first 30 days on Foundation, then monitor and fix it and send a written scorecard every month. Strategy calls run quarterly on Foundation, every two weeks on Growth Engine and weekly on The Whole Machine.

What is the first call like?
The free discovery call is a phone call. For some applicants we hold it on Zoom or Google Meet instead. On the call we look at where work stalls in your business and name the one system worth building first.
Is pricing different for businesses outside Tampa Bay?
No. Voreli AI charges a flat monthly fee: Foundation is $997 a month for one system built and run, Growth Engine is $4,997 a month, and The Whole Machine is $9,997 a month. The AI Accelerator is a separate six-week program at $4,997 one-time, and Voreli Ops is a $2,500 one-time build followed by $997 a month. There is no hourly billing and no change orders.
Who owns the accounts and the systems you build?
You do. You own your brand, content, data, lists, domains and accounts outright, and you keep a perpetual, royalty-free license to the software deployed for you. If you leave, every domain, repository, database and credential is transferred to accounts you own within 14 days, followed by 30 days of transition support at no cost.
Can you set up business texting for a company in another state?
Yes. A2P 10DLC is the registration system carriers use for business texts from ordinary ten-digit numbers across the United States, so the same brand and campaign registration applies wherever you are. We handle it as part of any build that sends SMS.
Is there a long contract?
Foundation is month to month. Growth Engine and The Whole Machine include a 90-day performance out: at day 90 we review the scorecard together, and if it is not moving you give 30 days written notice and leave with no penalty.
