Information We Collect
When you use our website or book a consultation, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and business information that you voluntarily provide through our booking forms and contact methods.
How We Use Your Information

Text Messages (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send you replies about your enquiry, appointment reminders and confirmations, and updates on active projects. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share your number only with the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Third-Party Services
We use Calendly for scheduling, Google Analytics for website analytics, and Vercel for hosting. These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.
Google User Data
When you prepare for a Voreli AI business audit at audit.voreli.ai, you can choose to connect Google Sheets or Google Calendar. Connecting is optional, and you can share an export or a file instead.
What we access, and only for the account you connect: for Google Sheets, read-only access to the spreadsheets you use; for Google Calendar, read-only access to your calendar events; and your Google account email, to confirm the connection is yours. We never send, edit or delete anything in your Google account.
How we use it: only to prepare and run your business audit, so we can understand how your work flows and recommend where better systems and AI could help. Only you and your Voreli audit team can see it. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. We may process it with service providers that help us run the audit, such as our AI and connection providers, solely to provide the audit to you.
How long we keep it: audit access ends 30 days after your audit is completed, and retained audit data is deleted 90 days after completion unless you ask us to renew it. You can disconnect at any time from your audit workspace (Manage access, then Disconnect and stop access), which revokes our access straight away. You can also remove access from your Google Account permissions page, or email ciaran@voreli.ai to have your data deleted sooner.
Voreli AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on voreli.ai. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working, for example remembering a referral code when you arrive through a partner link. Analytics cookies, including Google Analytics, tell us which pages are visited and how people move through the site, so we can improve it. Where we run advertising, tracking pixels may record that you visited a page or submitted a form.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels to collect the mobile numbers or SMS consent described above.
Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.
