Yacht Away Now runs private yacht charters out of St. Petersburg, and it is our own business. The site and the system behind it are where Charter OS came from.

What we built

Booking to confirmed charter
Bookings land in one database, the guest pays a deposit online and signs the charter contract, and only then does the trip go on the calendar.
Captain dispatch
Captains are assigned and notified by text once a charter is signed and paid.
Follow-up
Enquiries that do not book get a nurture sequence by email.
Local search pages
Location and occasion pages across Tampa Bay, a blog, a pricing page and Spanish-language pages.
Operations dashboard
A back office for bookings, payments and captains, separate from the public site.
